4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights, in the website developed by Versitech shall belong to the client upon full payment of all fees.

4.2 Versitech retains the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Versitech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use incurred by the client.

5.2 Versitech’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services provided.

6. Termination

6.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of these Terms and Conditions and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable timeframe.
